    Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 15 business days of purchase and a  25% restocking fee, provided the part is in its original condition.

  • What should I do if the part I received is incorrect or damaged?

    Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect or damaged part. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

  • Do you offer installation or recommend trusted mechanics?

    While we don’t offer installation services directly, we can recommend trusted mechanics in your area.

  • How long are Items on Deposit on Hold For ?

    Items on hold are 15 days only, after 15 days Deposit is forefited. 

  • What warranty do you offer?

    We offer a 90 day warranty with no labor.

  • When does my warranty start?

    Your warranty starts the day you purchase the part. 

  • What if I purchase a part but decide not to install it — can I return it?

    Returns may be accepted if the part is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, subject to our return policy. A 25% restocking fee will  apply, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us within the allowed return window to initiate the process.

  • Is there a risk that a used part may not function properly?

    While all of our parts are inspected and tested to the best of our ability, used parts do carry some inherent risk due to their age and unknown history. That’s why we offer a 90 day warranty on most items to provide you with added peace of mind. We also recommend having all parts installed by a certified mechanic to ensure proper fitment and function.

  • What's the price on the used engine or transmission?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, as well as credit and debit cards



  • Do you ship engines and transmissions?

    Yes, we ship nationwide via freight carriers. Delivery times vary, but we aim to ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • How are engines and transmissions shipped?

    All units are securely strapped to pallets and shrink-wrapped to prevent damage during transit. 


  • Can I pick up the part myself?

    Absolutely! You're welcome to pick up your engine or transmission directly from our location during business hours.

  • What's the mileage on it?

    Please note that we do not guarantee the exact mileage on any part in our inventory. It's not possible to verify whether the odometer was accurate at the time of dismantling. As such, we do not assume responsibility for odometer readings or mileage claims associated with any part. 

  • What history does the engine and transmission have?

    All parts we sell are used and sourced from previously owned wrecked vehicles, often with unknown ownership or maintenance histories. We do not know if  any part has been rebuilt, replaced, or modified prior to our possession. We recommend that all buyers inspect parts thoroughly and consult with a certified mechanic before installation.

  • Do you test compression on engines?

    We perform a compression test on each cylinder to ensure the engine maintains proper pressure and is in good working condition. In cases where a compression test isn't possible, a leak-down test is conducted instead to assess the engine’s internal health.

  • What happens if the engine or transmission I buy doesnt work?

    We will provide a replacement engine if necessary, in accordance with our warranty policy. To validate the warranty, proof of purchase for required installation parts (such as gaskets, filters, fluids, etc.) must be provided.

  • What if I need to use the warranty on a part that was shipped via freight?

    We will provide a replacement part if needed; however, the buyer is responsible for all freight/shipping costs. Please be sure to review and understand this policy before making a purchase.

  • Do you offer a warranty on electronic parts?

    We do not offer a standard warranty on electronic components. However, if an electronic part is found to be non-functional upon installation, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

  • Do I need to return my core?

    Yes, if you don’t return your core, a fee will be charged. The core charge varies depending on the part. However, we do offer a 30-day grace period—if you return the core within that time, you'll receive a  refund of the core deposit.

  • What if I bring in my core and need something from it a few days later?

    Please be aware that once a core is dropped off, we are not responsible for it. All cores are recycled within two days of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove any parts they wish to keep before drop-off. By leaving the core with us, the customer authorizes its recycling and accepts full responsibility.
