Certificate of Limited Warranty

Engines are warrantied for 90 days against cracked cylinder heads or blocks, bad camshaft or crankshaft, excessive smoking and to be in good running order, unless otherwise stated. Core engines, sold for rebuild or parts, are sold as-is and are not covered by this warranty.

The used engine must get new oil, filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, anti-freeze, thermostat, water pump, timing belt, etc.

Warranty is void if heat tabs are melted or if engine was not properly installed, altered or disassembled.

This warranty does not cover attached items or accessories (water pump, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, fuel injectors, throttle body or any gasket).

Transmissions are warrantied for 90 days to be in good working order. Not covered if vehicle has electrical issue or was improperly installed. Core transmissions, sold for rebuild or parts, are sold as-is and are not covered by this warranty.

Transmissions must have new seals, new filter and new oil installed (oil must follow manufacturer specifications) or warranty will be void.

Any warranty claim for engines or transmissions must be presented within the 90 days from purchase date.

Parts must be returned to our office, shipped by buyer, before any refund/exchange/credit is issued.

Warranty is void without receipt... NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Differentials are warrantied for 90 days only against gear pitting. Seals are not covered. New seals and oil must be installed prior to installing on vehicle.

This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage if parts are used in connection with racing purposes or vehicle with racing equipment or damage is done by accident or misuse.

Any part that is disassembled or altered voids warranty.

No refunds, guarantees or exchanges on electric parts, sheet metal (body) tires, wheels, interior parts or frames, whole or sections.

Villanueva Auto Inc may, at its option, replace/repair the original part or may refund the purchase price (25% restocking fee will apply). Parts only—no labor.

All warranties are limited to the terms of this certificate. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of returns.

Deposits for parts are only held for 15 days.

Warranty claims must have diagnostic report from certified mechanic or shop stating description of faulty part before any refunds are issued.

Core returns or returns that have been approved will be issued in check form only and must be under the invoice name. No exceptions.
